We welcome general questions from counselors, physicians, pastors, schools, and community partners about services and current availability.
Keep the introduction simple.
Share our public website, phone number, or email address. Let the person decide whether and when to contact us. General counseling includes support for anxiety, relationships, grief, life changes, and faith questions. Faith is included only at the client’s choice.
Parents and guardians can also ask about the Resilience Curriculum, our separate outdoor youth program.
Protect the person’s privacy.
Please do not send diagnoses, histories, records, or other clinical details through ordinary email or the callback form. Contact us about an appropriate route for records or care coordination.
A referral or payment for care does not entitle a pastor, employer, school, family member, or other person to know whether someone contacted us or became a client. Sharing information requires an appropriate legal basis and any required authorization.
Help set clear expectations.
Refer people to our current fees and payment information. Do not promise availability, acceptance, insurance reimbursement, or a particular outcome. We consider fit and scheduling individually.
