You deserve to know what counseling costs before you decide. We can talk through your questions in a free 15-minute consultation.

What private pay means

You pay the practice directly. We do not bill your insurance. Before care begins, we review payment, scheduling, and cancellation policies with you.

Paying directly does not remove recordkeeping requirements or the legal limits of confidentiality. We can explain how your information is handled.

Payment options

Your credit card is charged at the end of each session. We also accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible counseling expenses. Check eligibility and any documentation requirements with your plan administrator.

If you want to seek out-of-network insurance benefits, a superbill is available on request. Your insurer decides whether to reimburse you; reimbursement is not guaranteed. A claim may disclose information about your care, including a required diagnosis.

Your right to an estimate

If you are uninsured or paying without using insurance, you have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Read your Good Faith Estimate rights and ask us for an estimate before care.
