A six-week outdoor growth program for youth and adolescents, combining movement, team challenges, mindfulness, and guided reflection in a small-cohort setting.
How the program works
The Wild Lab
Movement and grounding
Trail walks, resistance activities, and developmentally appropriate movement create opportunities to notice stress, practice grounding, and build confidence.
The Eco-Challenge
Teamwork and trust
Structured group challenges help participants practice communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, boundaries, and relational trust.
Mindfulness outdoors
Attention and awareness
Nature-based sensory exercises and guided reflection help participants slow down, recognize internal cues, and explore resilient responses to difficulty.

Who may be a fit
The program is designed for youth and adolescents who may benefit from a structured, active setting for practicing regulation, connection, and resilience skills. Every inquiry is considered individually. We will discuss age, needs, physical demands, group readiness, accessibility, schedule, location, weather plans, guardian involvement, and whether the program appears appropriate before enrollment.
The Resilience Curriculum is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for a higher level of care when one is needed. Participation is offered only after fit and enrollment are confirmed. No drop-ins.
Referral and enrollment inquiries
Start with a brief phone call.
Parents, guardians, counselors, physicians, pastors, school professionals, and community partners may call to ask about the next cohort. Please do not leave diagnoses, history, or other sensitive details in voicemail or ordinary email.
